“Forced Intimacies” by Claudia Gleason

Everybody has a different story when it comes to their quarantine experience. Mine involved a lot of game nights, TikTok dances, and blow-up mattresses. It also involved a lot of feelings of regression and relationship overload.

Despite being geographically in the most spacious location possible, I felt cramped and overwhelmed by a lack of personal space.

Catch a glimpse into my life during quarantine in rural Quebec by listening below, and check out the short film I produced solely out of boredom last April.

Originally from the Ottawa Valley, I am a recent graduate of the Communication and Media Studies program and an incoming Master of Arts in Communication student at Carleton University. I enjoy anything and everything within the creative world: film photography, graphic design, crocheting, video production, rug tufting, and more recently, audio production!
